Currently stuck at home with covid and thinking what my watch collection, and the collections of others, would be like if they were people. (Maybe I have a temperature).

Definitely. From 1902 all the way to modern pieces. Dress to field and everything in between.

Haha, yup! The vast majority of my collection is made up of Seikos, Vostoks, and Casios.
This is hands down one of my favourite posts on here!
Might be wishful thinking but I reckon my watch collection looks like this. Japanese yet Americana influenced and often stood awkwardly.

I also find it fascinating how Japanese Americana often boomerangs back to the US as “heritage”, like raw selvedge jeans and Redwing boots, etc.
