Hello again my photography friends!
Its Sunday and time for this weeks photography club post and weekly theme challenge.
@BigIona kindly helped out with theme setting and judging last week and his awesome runners up are....
Well done guys! Winner (or rather 'winners' this week!) will be in Tuesdays Newsletter.
This weeks theme setter is @TheSharperTheBetter, so check out the comments below for his choice.....
Notes for Newcomers:
If you are new to this thread and enjoy photography then feel free to post your pictures! We run a fresh photography thread each week, starting on the Sunday, and have a guest judge set the theme and pick winners each week. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you wish with a connection to that weeks theme. The runners up will be mentioned in the following weeks thread and the winner gets a mention and their winning photo in the weekly newsletter.
WC admin are also working on creating an exclusive 'Winners Badge' for winners WC profile!
Good luck and have fun everyone!
Thanks @Deeperblue for the invite! And thanks @BigIona for the finalist run.
I have decided that this weeks theme (which I’m surprised hasn’t been chosen yet) will be:
Furry/Fishy/Freaky/Feathered Friends! Get a shot with that pet of yours but heres the catch: only the watch and your pet, NO humans in the picture. And none of those lazy poop shots a la @HotWatchChick69. And bonus points if the time displayed is symmetrical (aka 10:10, 1:50, 7:23, make it balanced).
Go and get creative capturing those cute cuddly critters!
This is my Nuggety Butt, aka Monkey, aka Nod, full name: The Mr. Coppernicus Nemo O’ Dojo Ebbington. He’s possibly a Beagle Dachshund mix, but he’s 100% good boy. He takes lazy Sundays very seriously. He is modeling the Islander Penn, on a Vario Harris Tweed strap.
I'll go first! Lazy Sunday with the pup & GS
Cute and cuddly yes, but disqualified for failing to obey rule #2 NO humans in the picture.
My favorite photo of her, though, is this one:
We got these 2 dogs from the same litter...
And, these 2 were chosen, because they seemed the most bonded with one another - one was the runt of the litter, and the other was the biggest in the litter!

Mini Schnauzers? 😍😍😍
This is going to be a fun one! A few already on the camera roll to start off!

Love that back story, they are adorable.

Love them all, but they all fail rule #295: NO humans in the picture.
Closest thing I have to a pet probably is my watches.

I know. But it was an excuse to show off photos of my fur baby. 🤣
Mini Schnauzers? 😍😍😍
They’re perfect… except for all the eff’ing barking! Like, I get it, dogs co-evolved with Homo sapiens, and what they added to the symbiotic relationship was an early warning system for approaching danger, but goddammit, that squirrel is not going to rob our house!

OMG! That is the cutest dog ever!
Franklin Hunter Longbottom, a Smooth Red Dachshund, who’s greatest love in life is ball. Ball first, then Mama, then food, then me (his backup human).
