Nearest I could find is the tricompax x Peter auto, and that shot of the bracelet looks like their flatlink bracelet. But I think the trincomalee x Peter auto has been out there for a while.
I assume it's a non-limited-edition version of the tricompax they put out earlier this year. There was no way that LE was it for them in this space; I figure it's the beginning of a new chrono platform for them.

I heard that Tricompax would be available again, non limited but without the set of two chronos, and that case looks like that…
But for that Baltic we have to wait until Nov 28 (and, consequently, the Kurono Tokyo is no more available).
What is your opinion about it? Coincidence? Conspiracy? Too many watches?
Wow - steep price for a chrono with an NE86 in it. That's about double the price of what it should be. I don't think there will be too much competition between that overpriced Kurono and Baltic.
Thanks for the article. I have to say, if I bought a limited addition and then it was brought out in exactly the same format in non-limited, I would be very annoyed. If this is the same watch but without the stopwatch with it... maybe it's forgivable. 🤷♀️
But then, if you bought the watch just because you like the watch, then maybe limited issues and later reissues don't matter.
@ChronoGuy Would it bother you if they released it as non-limited?

Nope - I am someone who believes that a beautiful watch should be available to anyone who can afford to purchase it.
That's why I can't be bothered with Rolex and all the fake scarcity nonsense. You know there is no real scarcity of Rolexes...as there are literally thousands of them available for purchase every day.
In my ideal world, watch brands that find a popular watch continue to produce as many of them as there is demand for that can be reasonably produced.
I'm happy when I can get a release that is a limited edition, but not for bragging rights, I just want the watch. It doesn't bother me at all if others want it too - I'm not into the whole exclusivity thing.

Not sure about the coincidence but both probably cashing in on the holidays. Both watches will have column wheel chronographs with the Kurono using the Seiko NH38 and the Baltic using the Seagull movement. I am also pretty positive the finishing on the Kurono will be something special but Baltic will not be far behind and with a cheaper price tag. I am betting that both will sell out in minutes. In the long term, the Kurono will probably maintain its value over a longer period of time. The Baltic will be more accessible to those that collect affordable watches
I waited up and about 30 minutes before the Peter Auto launch, I decided I didn't really need it and passed... I now regret it. But I cant wait to see what they come up with next

I'm very interested too, however, similar to yourself, I don't need another chronograph so it would have to be something very special to tempt me. I'm really trying to hold off on watch buying till next year now ... but the new Vario may just break me...

I don't see them going back to the Seagull ST19, rather the Sellita SW510-M they used on the Peter auto.

Chrono pushers indicate the release of a new chronograph. Baltic has set a high bar, so I'm certainly looking forward to the release.
Ow I see what they are doing.... or it is just coincidence?
On Nov 24th Kurono Tokyo will have an open order to their new chrono. That one we can take a look on it:

So another chronograph then.
Wasn't their last release a chronograph too? Would be nice to see something a bit different. Something a bit special. Let's hope!

Seems to be the season for new watches, what with the Vario too.
That kurono is very nice!

I have the Shiro white from kurono. I will be bidding on this one too. But this will be for my wife so we have a his and hers chronograph

A Baltic with a baguette for seconds hand?
Could it be the upcoming collab with the enfant terrible seconde-seconde?
Chef’s kiss to that 😙👌
It’s a watch
It’s a watch
Bugger.... Beat me to it. Was going to say "I can't be entirely sure but it looks like it might be some sort of watch to me".

Thank you chaps. Infinate fonts of knowledge as always 😏

The last release was an awesome chronograph indeed...the collaboration with Peter Auto...
It also came with these in the box set...
Pretty cool package all together!
Looking forward to see what's next...

Going out on a limb here but I think it might be made by a company called "Baltic". Google them.
Baltic is definitely pulling the same business move as Doxa does.
Step 1: Create a limited edition watch
Step 2: Wait to see if it is successful
Step 3: If it is successful, then create a non-limited edition version of the watch
Step 4: PROFIT!!! (South Park reference in case you are wonder)
I'm definitely sure that's it is a non-limited production version of the latest Tricompax chronograph created in collaboration with Peter Auto.
Here is Fratello's article about should limited-edition watches reappear as non-limited edition watches: https://www.fratellowatches.com/should-limited-edition-watches-become-regular-production-models/
I suppose the Peter auto will stay limited.
Hints point to a plantigrad version.

Isn't the Kurono using the NE86A?

You are correct I had my calibers mixed up
