given the direction the franchise is going, I would say - SWATCH, some horrid, plastic SWATCH would be the best 007 weapon :) (edit: I think I found a perfect set for the next movie)
Christopher Ward? It's British ( and Swiss) so makes sense. Also it's attainable for fans.
Definitely NOT Rolex. For the first Bond Rolex was an attainable tool watch with Royal Navy connections. Sadly now it gives over totally the wrong image IMO.
I voted for Hamilton, because I would like to see Bond wearing a Khaki Pilot Flight Timer, but Seiko would also be a good brand to reunite with Bond. Other options would be Richard Mille or Hublot. I do not personally like the overly industrialized look of their watches, but they do have the look of rugged tool watches that have numerous concealed functions. 🤣

This is a very fair point, so I also have a lot of time for the idea that Tudor would be a good match - rugged and refined and occupying a place now similar to Rolex in the '60s.
Ian Fleming wore an Explorer. So I've always wanted to see him rocking an Explorer. And it'd be cool to see him with a Seiko again. Maybe the SSC813 Speedtimer.
Omega works for me. I don't see this changing in Bond films anytime soon. Conceptually, Bremont would be the best fit of these. I don't think that Bremont as a company would be able to pull off that type of marketing move, though.
Yes, unfortunately politics destroyed pretty much every franchise now. Fortunately for me, I don't care anymore. I re-evaluated my life recently (let's not get into the reasons :) ) and realised that many things that were 'important' or 'essential' part of my life, have no value to me anymore. Without remorse I dropped many things out of my life, Hollywood movies being one of them - at this point I have ZERO need to go to a cinema, ZERO need to follow the news about upcoming releases. If something interesting pops up, someone who's taste I trust, will surely recommend it to me.

What? Sorry, based on your explanation it sounds like Hamilton watch company was sold twice to SSHI. That doesn't make sense.
In 1971, SSIH purchased a 17% share in the watch division for which a new and separate Hamilton Watch Company Inc was created.
The original Hamilton Watch Company renamed itself HMW and carried on business with its remaining divisions, including Pulsar.
In 1974, SSIH exercised its option to buy 51% of the company.
Sometimes trying to keep a story brief creates it’s own sort of confusion, especially such a such a convoluted story of Hamilton in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Sorry.
Thinking the other way around, I think Grand Seiko would benefit the most investing in movies or series. They are increasing prices and they need to be perceived as a luxury brand. It will not be good for us, but would make sense to their strategy.
IWC could also be an option to Omega, Rolex and Grand Seiko.
A G Shock digital for two reasons: 1) everybody seems to think they're cool, 2) the new Bond probably will not be able to read the hands of an analog watch.
I personally think a Lil Nas X as bond with a Jacob and Co. 5 time zone reissue would be fire 🙏👌 ... Kidding, kidding. I have no idea. Of those options I would say Hamilton. I like the IWC idea, that would be cool.

Rolex. Sean Connery wore a Submariner 6538 in Dr. No and that's good enough for me.

It's got to be Pagani Design for me
How about Blancpain?

Scurfa? It is an English brand. Would give Paul quite a boost. I love my Diver One. Srsly, I have no idea

Sinn because they look tactical, or Bremont because they enjoy a connection with British military.

Just lost out on eBay to a diver one
Elliott Brown make great watches and also supply certain military units so he could just book one out using the NATO stock number
How about Blancpain?
Great shout! Still got the luxury element. The Fifty-Fathoms could be a Bond watch for sure.

The literary character wore a Rolex. Bond should wear a Rolex In the films. Datejust with a suit or tux and submariner when in the field.
I would say Sinn. Great and reliable watches. Form follows function is the way those beauty’s are made. So it‘s a proper tool for 007.

i do believe that the nextBond will be a sassy young lady so a Rolex 34mm OP :)
Yes that Apple send up watch they made !

He would wear ‘The Great Briton’ by Roger Smith! It even has the Union Jack on the face. Why would he wear anything else??
It has to be something unarguably iconic, I can think of only one, the Casio F-91W
James who ?
