I envy the people with 4-5 "nice" watches. I have about 45 watches and every day I have hell deciding which one to wear out of the house. Obsessive compulsive disorder is no help. I can change watches half a dozen times before leaving the house. I have had it down to three for about an hour....... Does anybody else have this problem? Or am I just that crazy?
I love watches, I am also staggeringly poor. So I usually have to go for oddity or utility over horological mastery. Very little in my collection could qualify as a "flex" I tend to wibble on about my...
Sounds like you have more fun buying them than wearing them.

I love wearing them all! That's what makes it so hard to decide! Hell, I'll leave the house double wristing AND carrying a pocket watch, and an extra wrist watch in my other pocket in case I change my mind. It's all I can do not to quadruple wrist.
Sorry can’t relate I only have 60 watches…
Happens to me all the time, so I nearly always end up with Casio and Vostok.
Yes, most days, too many pretty watches.
I have 8 watches and sometimes I still can’t decide what I want to wear or what works best with my outfit.
I’m at 8 watches and decision time has gotten considerably longer since my collection expanded beyond 4-5. I’m trying to keep it at a reasonable 7-8 watches for now, so all of them can get a day a week of wrist time. Otherwise it feels to me like money sitting on a drawer looking pretty.

I'm also at 8 and am thinking hard about the next watch because I already don't wear all of mine that much. Is there a point (8 watches maybe) where you're stuck and then give in and buy another watch crossing a threshold so you don't think about the numbers anymore until you wake up one morning with 50 watches.

I know, I have my regular rotation down to about 12.
Every. Damn. Day.
Rotation is a discipline or you end up with “favourites”
That’s when the selling devils start prodding me with their forks.
I have the same issue but I build a system that works for me I go from row to row on my case and on weekends I have a separate batch to pick on ...that way, there's no watch untouched😎👍🏻👍🏻 .... I did that for over a year n it was working well but still was doing it daily ... Now I'm switching to monthly to switch out a watch I wear ... But I'll be honest second week comes by n I'm glancing at my collection trying to jump to the next watch to wear 😅😅😅😅😎
