A. SIZE
Heritage, design & brand are meaningless if the watch is too big/small for you to wear.
Design. I won't wear an ugly even if it's gifted with heritage (BTW, spelling mistake), brand and nice size.
For me, it's legibility and accuracy as well as size......
Well, it's weird between design and size. Ended up voting size.
The first thing that matters the most is the size. If the watch is huge or tiny, I don't want to wear it regardless of any other factor. However, when I buy a watch, I buy it for its design and I treat size as a part of the design, so it's hard to consider them separately.

Of all the things listed, size is the biggest factor for me. There are watch designs I like, but either they are too broad, or too thick for me to wear.
Size first and foremost, then design.
