Is Chrono24 legit? I’ve heard Teddy talk about them, but never ordered from there.
You have to do your research. Just like on any other site, there are scammers there too. But, if you buy from a reputable dealer with lots of reviews and good communication, the benefit for C24 is the amount of inventory to look at. There's basically limitless watches to research - prices are sometimes high so buyer beware.
I have bought a few watches off of C24 without any drama. They also have an authenticity service similar to Ebay's to help protect again fraudulent activity.

I've used it mostly for research of market prices, but in general, the most important part with any gray market is to buy the seller/dealer.
I've bought twice of Chrono24, but it took me a couple of years of interest before finally pulling the trigger. When I did I asked a lot of questions and read "all" reviews, after I received the watch I brought it to my own AD to make sure it was authentic.
