Struggling to find a Christmas present for myself.

Its that time of year when I put pen to paper and write to Santa with my watch requirements for Christmas. This year I'm a bit stumped. I was thinking of trying for a Smiths Everest (shop opens on the 10th) but I really don't think I'd wear it. A CW C65 Dune would be nice but it would take me until January to choose a colour. I loved my little Baltany D12 which is now permanently attached to my eldest so maybe something similar but I already have a Garrard small seconds. Time is running out so what do I ask Santa for this year?

How about a sense of giving?

I lose about 5 watches a year due to giving. I've got to stock up sometime 馃槣

I understand. Just yanking your chain a bit. Have a Merry Christmas.

I absolutely love vintage GS's but there a little out of my budget for a Christmas present. 馃憤

Who needs Grand Seiko when you can have Gasworks Seiko. 馃ぃ

Love the sub second watches. Got this for $40. Had to re-crown and regulate it, but keeps +/-8s when kept wound (17j French manual movement). Could probably pick one off the bay for a little of nothing!

Just love the dial on the watch you are wearing. I have a similar passion for my vintage Longines. Well, I gave myself the Fears Brunswick Salmon for the one year anniversary of my company. It's a bit pricy but great, classy vintage vibe. You can find some other modern or vintage pieces from Fears that are really nice and maybe not as pricy also.
