Steeldive SD1975T Seiko 'Tuna Can' homage

My most recent acquisition. I love classic and vintage Seiko divers, but could never justify the purchase price of a real one. Given the build quality, level of fitment and the inclusion of a solid, reliable and genuine Seiko automatic movement in this watch, I couldn't resist. Most especially not when the price was less than $130CAD!!!

I don't care if it isn't the real thing. It's not an illegal fake/knockoff and I'm not trying to convince anyone that it is anything that it is not. It keeps amazing time, looks incredible and I can take it swimming and sailing without worry. What more could i ask for?

The SD 6105 just entered into my collection.   Same qualities as yours.  I love it.  I'm with you on being authentic about what it is.  No hockum (lying)!

Outstanding! I just got notice that the Steeldive SD1972 V2 (King Turtle 6105-8000 homage with day and date) I recently ordered has passed Canada customs.

For a bargain brand, they really turn out some quality pieces. I hope I'm as happy with it as you are with your Willard homage!

All things considered, you should be.
