Is WISE out of business? [Update] Thank goodness the answer is "No" (see picture below)

Oh this is interesting.  Wise has been around for a while now.  If they're going out of business, then that's a pretty bad sign for other micros.

I've seen nothing to suggest this is true, but if it is, hopefully you get your situation resolved.

I also ordered the AD9M and last time I contacted them, last month, they said I should be getting it by the end of September. They are slow to respond, but I’ve had this problem with a few microbrands. 
I might try contacting them again though as I’m getting a little worried. 

I just contacted them via Instagram and got a reply immediately. Looks like everything is still on track for September, so we will see. 
I let them know that there seems to have been a problem with their web chat and e-mail and they said they would try to contact people.

Good news - somehow all of this noise got their attention and they have written back to me finally. However, still no communication on when the watches will ship. Hopefully I will hear back soon on that. I will keep this thread updated for anyone interested to know.

The youtube algorithm has recently started showing me all the Wise Adamascus reviews. 

Seeing this post got me hesitant but I do note as per Matt84, their instagram page is actively managed.

Well that's concerning. I didn't know of WISE until just now, and that second silver meteorite dial looks gorgeous! Hopefully this gets resolved soon and has a happy ending 👍

Good news! It looks like WISE shipped out today grey meteorite dial reference I ordered. There is still an apparent delay on the red dial/bronze reference - and no shipping date at this point.

At least, now they are communicating. So thanks to any of you who reached out to the company. Very glad they are still operational and looking forward to getting at least one of my orders soon.

When I was in Thailand back in June I saw their store when I was in Terminal 21 Pattaya, they are a smaller independent watch company based in Thailand They have some very nice offerings at good prices. The good thing about buying a Wise unlike watches imported from Japan and Switzerland you do not have to pay VAT since they are a Thai company.

Another update - received one of the watches I ordered today from WISE...  😊

They apologized for not having responded to my messages and indicated the red dial Adamascus was still delayed and should be shipped in the Fall - fingers crossed.

But here is today's beauty (two wrist shots to see how the light plays on the dial) - that 904L Stainless Steel case just shines like polished white gold and the meteorite dial is superb - the black crocodile strap is also quite supple:

Very pleased and glad that such a great microbrand is still turning out magnificent watches.

I understand, i had slow response from them at first as well. But when my girlfriend contacted them in thai they were quick to respond (literally in 15 minutes)  Turns out they do not have english speaking support team. Maybe i should offer probono volunteer service 😅
