This watch was gifted to me by a family member after I started to get more interested and research watches. They gifted me this watch because they didn’t wear it anymore, for context: they aren’t a watch person and purchased purely because of the aesthetics, specifically the red dial.
This was a big deal to me, my only other watch I wore was an Invicta Pro Diver. An Invicta to a Tag Heuer is quite the upgrade. I enjoy and cherish this watch and have for many reasons, most recently my personal experience at the US Grand Prix, check out my Watch Crunch post (https://www.watchcrunch.com/Polo22/posts/probably-the-coolest-post-i-will-ever-make-on-here-17843)
On to the watch review. This watch is a swiss quartz sports watch with a sapphire crystal on a steel bracelet with unique design and 200m water resistance via screw down crown. I really like this watch, it is unique, while still within my preferred wheelhouse of steel dive/sports watches. This watch has rubber on the case, including rubber crown guards which I have never seen before. I don’t know too much about this watch because this watch is older, I believe between 2004-2006 and I can’t find much information on it.
Overall I really like this watch, but don’t find myself wearing it as much as expected. I don’t really have any dislikes, this is more of a sentimental piece for me as it was given to me by a family member and the memories I have made with it (see post above).
More watch reviews to come, more information on the others!!

It’s a great watch. The Tag Formula 1 is awesome in quartz or automatic.
Woohoo! Another Tag Fan in the house. Wait until you see what is waiting for me when I get home. Yes, it will be posted when I get there.
Love a classic TAG quartz. Hang on to this, I feel like these late models will come back in fashion in the future.

Absolutely, too much sentimental value as well!
That dial is gorgeous! The F1 has always been like the entry piece for TH and it has always been a popular best seller. They are still making several versions of this watch now.
