I inquired about the Baume and Mercier Hampton 10672 (with the mesh bracelet). This watch gets no love as far as I can tell but I think it is a good value proposition. I love mesh bracelets and the mesh strap can be easily changed out for a black leather strap once the weather gets cooler. This is definitely not a super luxury dress watch, but it is no slouch and seems like it would work great for smaller wrists like mine. I also like the idea of wearing a rectangular watch every once in a while to change things up. 
 

I am thinking about this one for sure. I wonder if anyone else is?

Nothing did anything for me this year. We’ll see how it goes when I try some on, but I’m not going out of my way for anything released.

Pulled the trigger on the new Speedmaster 57.  Couldn't help myself.

Really, really dig the fit, feel, and comfort of the White Birch and Minamo.  Given the whole "Evolution 9" design, expect more of the same from the SLGA015.  Although thicker than the other 2, the titanium's gotta make it significantly lighter too.

Gotta wait till August, though!

I'm on the list for when the new Omega green seamaster arrives....so I have that going for me, which is nice, lol

I got mine from the Boutiques in San Diego.  A few weeks ago when I called that same one they told me they would not be getting any until Jun/Jul.  But I got a call out to the blue from them last week saying that they shockingly got a blue and a green one in a shipment and wondered if I wanted to come have a look.  And we all know how this story ended.

The San Diego Omega boutique is awesome!  They're super nice and knowledgeable.  Only great experiences with them to-date.

What I'm considering is the money I invested in my kids is way more than than any Patek. Now the thing I need to consider 30 yrs from now will my kids remember me or will they just dump me into the nursing home lonely 😭 With Patek at least I know for sure 30 yrs from now it may worth enough to buy a small retirement village. 🤔 Oh well.... 

Nice.... But I still don't understand why can't Seiko just hide that power reserve to the back... Make it a cleaner look... Like the omiwatari.. 

I look at the power reserve as a GS trademark. I agree that it would be better on the back but it sort of belongs in the lower left quadrant on a GS. Same as the 4:30 date window on the El Primero. Lots of people hate it but it is where it goes on an El Primero. Same with the cyclops on Rolex. I don't like it but it "needs" to be there.

Amazing!! How the bracelet wears?? It looks really comfortable.

The bracelet is nice.  If you have tried the new 3861 moonwatches if feels simimlar from a sizing and tapering feel, but just a little more weighty if that makes any sense.  The clasp is nice, but the jury is still out for me on the micro adjust.  I haven't really had to use it yet, but the few times I did fiddle with it it was a bit harder to use then I think it should be, but most likely I'll get used to it once I've had it for awhile. 

I did with the Ressence Type 8.  It should arrive in late May.
