So close, but not quite. Dawn with the Alpinist
I almost managed to catch the perfect shot of the dawn meeting the Alpinist and I was already thinking about telling how I had an early morning coffee on the Alps with a perfect green sunburst, and then the lack of AR on the SARB017 just had to mess it. There is indeed very little justice left in this world...
It's not a complete fail because I managed to catch again the moment when dawn meet the dark, and today is looking to be bright and sunny again - which is a boon since I hate to drive in the gloom and rain.
I just took another moment to look at the green alpinist on its Perugia strap from ColaReb, which is still the best match I found for it, and then it was time to finish the coffee, strap the the watch on my wrist and get a final wrist shot before heading back inside to get ready for work.

I'm a big fan of watches that are interesting because they are either unique, have interesting features, well designed or simply offer a great value for their price.
