Today sky is a bit grey and the overcast is a sign that we may get some rain before noon. That gave me the push to wear the Nomos Ahoi with its warm "siren red" dial that looks to me more terra-cota with a touch of tangerine.
I like the dial with its sunken small second and its a thin watch which will go very nicely with long sleeves once the winter sets in. But dear me, it's so shiny I could use it as a reflector.
It's the first morning of the year that I had to wear long sleeves when drinking coffee outside. Soon I'll have to compromise and use the counter in the kitchen while peering outside through the window like my silly kitten does when he is not trying to steal my breakfast.
I'm a big fan of watches that are interesting because they are either unique, have interesting features, well designed or simply offer a great value for their price.
