This is not a part of my list for 2022, as this comes out of my gifts for the wife budget. I ordered her the Islander #ISL-93 for Valentine's Day. What do you think? Close enough to jewelry?
Watches are such a personal thing, I think only you can really say for sure if it's your wife's style. I will say though, it's definitely one of the mostly tastefully feminine watches I've seen in a long time. I love the hands.
Also, I wish my husband had a 'gifts for the wife' budget 😆

She likes these two Starking watches even more than the Tissot PR100 Powermatic 80 I got her.

This is currently her third favorite in her collection. She also has a Citizen FE1086-12A, a Seiko SUP250P9, and a Seiko SUP391, which is a small watch on a double wrap strap.
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas! She goes to school in DC so I thought it was good fun to have this year at cherry blossom time and introduce her to fun mechanical watches. She loves it and the band came with both rubber and steel (Seiko style) band keeper options to alternate between.
