Islander #ISL-98
I am not a huge fan of skeleton or open heart watches, but I think tis Islander open heart is done correct, with the open heart at the 9:00 position. I also love the pinstripe dial on this watch.

Yeah, the pinstriping really adds depth to the dial. I also have an #ISL-32 that is no longer in release which also has the pinstripe dial, but it is not open heart and has a date complication.
