Today, we're excited to launch the ADPT Series 1 Watches. The next chapter in ADPT ("adapt") All Day, Purpose, and Terrain.
I'm entirely down with Boldr watches. I dig Worn & Wound's style. Apparently I'm going to love the ADPT series 1. Zach Weiss's (@zachweiss) announcement on W&W's YouTube "Week in Watches" show had me immediately sucked in. Yes! Take my money. I'm rarely an impulse buyer, but I had an impulse I could easily justify. So, I selected the Petrol. This is like Boldr ran into Studio Underdog and built a tool with everything that watch nerds love. Just the right amount of design, materials (titanium), and complications without the overkill or showing off. I'll be standing by the mailbox until it arrives.

I've had this watch open in my browser tabs for the past few days. I've recently got a titanium Casio, and the lightness is a revelation for my tiny wrists. Plus I don't have a 38mm and it seems like it could be the sweet spot for me.
The reason I've been holding off is that I'm UK based and waiting for the £ to not suck soo much... (the watch has got slightly less expensive since it was announced)

I completely get where you are coming from. I tried on a Seiko titanium the other day and it blew my mind how light it felt. I come from a tool watch background as a military guy but I needed to bust out of my mil-spec color mode and do something different. I think this is the game-changer I needed in the line up.

I'm in that novice watch enthusiast phase so my thoughts are likely less exacting than someone with years in the business. But, I am an outdoors guy so I look forward to giving it not only the desk-side appreciation but a bit of a field test as well. The difference was exciting enough to shine through the YouTube camera, so I expect a next level moment in the metal. Thanks for taking the time to reach out. You'll get my best thoughts.

As you're here, any plans on branching out of the US?
The postage is quite a sting, and more so than other US-based watch stores offering the same FedEx options.
The £ is starting to recover a bit so still planning on getting the watch, but more competitive (or UK/EU based) shipping would encourage more purchases in the future.
The £ had recovered slightly, but didn't have a spare moment when the price was right to actually purchase, now the £ has dropped back again... 😭
Hoping there will still be stock on Monday when there is a chance the £ might have recovered a bit.

Yeah he posted an IG story saying the video is almost done (he has all 4 available). And more recently posted a lume shot.
I feel these are Farer + Boldr more than Studio Underdog + Boldr.
Any which way, great hypothetical collaborations :D
