Flee market find… Seiko 6139 “pogue”
Found at a flee market priced at a $200. i Was able to get it at an offer of $100. has been keeping near perfect time while wearing for the last few days. As a vintage collector, with a love for older Seikos… this was a dream come true. I have been hunting for a good example of the golden dial 6139 for years.
Dial has a little patina and character to it but that doesn’t bother me too much for the price I picked it up for. After dating the serial # this example comes from March of 1977. 45 years old and running strong! There are GEMS out there still to be found!

This watch is one of my favorite. The yellow of the dial match perfectly with the bue and red bezel. the history is incredible too. The vintage market afraid me today but one day I will buy this incredible Seiko Pogue. I think it's literally impossible to find a better price than you find.
