Used but still love it - Lorus Titanium
Yesterday, while doing my daily browsing of a local pre-owned watch website, I came across this titanium beauty that I have been looking for, for quite some time.(since watching a "Ben's watch club" review about it) I didn't hesitate and immediately ordered it, since it was only 25€ and the condition looked quite good. It arrived today and I'm very happy as it will definitely be the watch for the upcoming days. Do you buy used watches and if so what was your last purchase?

Arrived today. Most of my watches are from estate sales or auction sites.
It's not a habit or anything, but there are watches that can't really be acquired new and one really, really wants. When I had to replace my Mickey Mouse watch and learned that modern ones were substantially larger and less charming I bought a used one.
That is really recent, thus taking away most suspicions of a hard life that comes with the topic.
Nice. It's old model of the Lorus field watch, before they tried to squeeze a 3 onto the dial. I own two of these. Advice: replace the strap, it's a gunk magnet. I do buy some used watches (got myself some duds though), but the latest was this:

Yes, i also did not liked that half visible 3 next to the date window. I am going to look for a new one today. Maybe you can give me some suggestions what looks good one it? Thanks man

It's really a strap monster. The pictures above show my two Lorus field watches on cheapo ebay straps.

On ebay UK there is currently (ends in 6h) a 4-watch lot including the old Lorus titanium, currently at £24. The other 3 are also decent.
