My phone is 50% pictures of my watches and 50% my dog - but I’m struggling to find one of them together. I’ll post a pic of the dog anyway cos she’s a cutie.

We had 2 rescued Greyhounds , one of whom looked very much like your Farrier. Without a doubt they are most gentle breed of dog I've ever come across, getting along great with the 3 cats we had at the time. Sadly, they are no longer with us.
Although I no longer have a watch dog, I do have a watch cat, and thought I'd share:

This is Luna, (English Springer Spaniel) possibly the best Farm, Family, and Sporting dog I've ever had.

He is 90% Blind and 75% deaf but never barks so I like the mutt 😉👍
