Yes ! I get that the Zenith is a brilliant watch , but I want to pay for the watch not the box as my watches go into a high end carbon fibre watch display case / jewellery box anyway…
Watches are the one thing in my life where I don’t try to be frugal. I like that my Zenith came in a nice box that is not unlike a few of my Longines boxes. I like that my Blancpain came in a fancy waterproof Pelican case even though I’m not diving with the box that the watch came in. LOL
I even liked the Omega big kit and it irks me a little that they got rid of that AND jacked up the price significantly. Talk about getting less for more. (Yes, I am aware of the upgrades to the watch. LOL)
All these nice boxes sit in bigger boxes together on a closet shelf. It may be weird but I think about them all the time. Almost daily.
My Certina box with pillow is on par with the Murph box.

Yeah I love the Orcas. You might want to call them and ask why it wasn’t included with your purchase. I know a lot of grey market dealers will send them in plain boxes but an AD should do better than that if possible.
