Spinnaker Boettger - Lemon yellow !

"When life gives you lemon.. make a watch out of it" ;)

Color me up!
The new series of Boettger from Spinnaker definitely comes at the right time. And each color is limited to 150 pcs !
In this yet mostly gray weather in winter, some more color feels good !
And instead of using the unhealthy solarium, I prefer to get me some color on the skin with a watch ;)

So what do we have here.
42mm diameter, 13mm height and a Miyota 9015 automatic movement, which I personally prefer over the Seiko NH35A.
Why ? The watches are mostly narrower - the Seiko movement builds up significantly higher.
So - I`m sure a lot tempt to say now : ,, 42mm - that's too big for my wrist"
Wrong !
The watch has a Lug2Lug of just 47,5mm !
So even with a 16-17cm wrist, you should have fun with the watch, because it will fit well on your wrist.
Nevertheless, the 42mm makes it also possible to wear the watch with a wrist circumference of more than 17cm.
So in my opinion the specs are very well chosen !

In general the Casebuild just feels super solid and good.

The crown sits at 4 o'clock and the probably special thing about the watch is that the indices are "on the glass" or directly underneath it.
This gives the watch a completely different look compared to most other divers. 
Also the strap and the design of the lugs I personally like very much and it gives the watch that certain something.
The watch comes with steel bracelet and extra rubber - I stay here with the rubber, just because so the design of the lug pops out very well

Further, the watch has very nice 300m water resistant.
I look forward to the next time I can take the watch with me to the beach.

The Boettger here I think has a lot of positive things which I`ve already mentioned.
What is negative about it ?!
Some might would prefer a Seiko NH35a movement because it`s "a tractor" - But I think the Miyota is a also a tractor.
The steel Bracelet - it`s ok but I`m personally not the biggest of fan of it - that`s also why I prefer the rubber strap.
All in All - you get a super watch which looks really good and defintely stands out !
