hey all....greetings from England
Long time collector, but new to the channel. I started collecting many years ago, mostly dress/lux stuff, but increasingly eclectic over the years! Love fine British and Swiss watches, and anything a little unusual - here's my first two from when I started in earnest - my Breguet Marine and my JLC reserve du marche. I fell in love with these two because of the dial and the detail - turns out they were half-decent watches as well 😀 Many have come and gone, but these two are mine forever....

Old git with large collection of watches ( I mean to sell some, but can never quite get there!!) - likes sports/tool/vintage inspired stuff, as well as geeking out on fine movements

Both are excellent watches that are generational pieces so classic in design. I own a JLC and while it is not necessarily my most valuable watch it is my favorite.

kind of you to say - back then it was more "see shiny thing....want it" rather than the exercise of good taste or judgement. Actually, it's much the same nowadays 😀
