Water temp?  We have been diving with the OTS full face masks with comms.  Pretty nice, but I still like half masks too!

Good god man, you didn’t go diving with a dive watch did you?!  Those are for office use only.

·

I love that area!

Of course I did. If they are spec’s for water they go. They can do more than desk work 🤙🏼.

For a moment there I thought why would dive with a leather NATO strap until I remembered it's shot underwater.

That said, nice to see how legible the watch is.

Ouch!

Nice! I dive with my Scubapro G2 dive computer on the right wrist, and have a Subapro Aladin Sports Matrix dive computer in-console set-up for redundancy.....but I love wearing my Casio G-Shock Mudman G9000-1V or - when I'm wearing my 7mm exposure suit - my good old Seiko SKX 009 on the left wrist. Do I need it? Absolutely not. But its fun to use an old school dive watch for diving! 😎

Hell yeah! Nice! Is it necessary, of course not. Is it 😎 cool to know you can with it and use in its natural habitat : absolutely 🤙🏼. I too have taken my skx007 down with me as well

I’m just saying people acted like I was gambling the Crown Jewels when I took a pic of my Oris in 18” of water.

Thanks Max 🤘🏼. The patina on from bronze comes from all the action it has seen Lol.  I think you might even have a photo of it of from one of our Red Bar meetups 😋. Cheers bro

😂 I know. I’ve had people say similar or that they would never (insert whatever activity here) with (insert whatever watch).  The capability of most modern [tool] watches surpass most of us mere mortals in our endeavors. Going back to the office desk though, what is great is after your endeavors and  you are stuck at a desk at an office …and you look down at your wrist and think about the next adventure hopefully the next weekend will bring 😏. Gets me at least to Friday faster 🤙🏼
