Any love for porcelain dials?

I love a good porcelain dial. Often reserved for high end luxury dress watches, Seiko does an excellent job making them at a reasonable price (relatively speaking). The creation in itself is a work of art and I’ll share one; the Seiko Presage SPB093 (sorry for the lousy iPhone pic this time). Seiko works with Arita porcelain master craftsman Hiroyuki Hashiguchito who make their dials, and the results are stunning, especially under a macro lens (will get around to taking some). It almost looks like a pool of milk. For me, it’s one of my favorite Seikos. Do you have any porcelain dials? Would love to see them.

Thanks for the review!

Not seen a porcelain yet- but I‘m dying to see the Arita dial in person.  Seiko has some amazing dials (enamel, Arita, etc..) that I’m sure have to be seen to be appreciated

Headed to Japan in June and plan to try to see them all while I’m there.

Thanks! You truly should, especially if you appreciate the amount of work that goes into making one. The dangerous thing is you will likely leave with one once you see it in person.
