What grade would that be considered?

I'd expect Grade 1 or 2, but I can't find it on the best vintage Chinese watch movement grades list I know of. It was Liaoning's best movement at the time, and it's pretty good.

Nice. Love the logo and "12" indices.  And to gold hands. ❤️
 

Why was it called a "striped movement?" Maybe my eyes are shot but I don't see any stripes?

I mistook it for another Liaoning and changed the title to un-striped.
