Looking for info on a vintage watch

Hello,

Does anyone know of any information about this watch? What I’ve come across, is that this is probably from the 60’s, the movement I believe might be called an M1 or possibly even the watch, it has kind of a winged texture on the face similar to the Sinatra Bulova, but Im not sure haven’t been able to find any info other than that. Any help would be appreciated!! thanks 🙏🏼

M1 might be a reference to the year (1961). I had to do my own research when I picked up an M9 (1969) in November. A picture of the caseback might help.
