Quartz Field Watch - Suggestions if you have them

I was thinking about an inexpensive field watch that I can grab and go. Saw VAER quartz dirty dozen release with 100 meters WR and sapphire crystal for 270 after discount, seems to be value for money.

Any quartz field watches that WC thinks I should be considering at approximately the same price level or perhaps a bit more.

The Baltany D12 is just $99 for the "true to original" 36mm and $120 for a 39mm. Seiko quartz movement, 100 WR, screw-down crown, domed sapphire crystal with AR coating, and more importantly very crisp dial painting with good lume that will surprise you for the price. I'd say this is the best bang for your buck for an inexpensive field watch.

I'm going to research Baltany. Price versus specs are incredible.

Timex Marlin Welton is quartz, a 38mm stainless steel gold-colored case with a cream color dial, at 42.4mm wide with the onion crown, and with 19mm fixed lugs, it is 43.5 long lug to lug. Weighs in at 53 grams and is 13mm thick.

Lorier Falcon. More? Yes

Better? Maybe

Waffles? (As in dial) You BETCHA!

Very difficult to beat this little citizen garrison.

Though the Bertucci A2T may just do it. Specifically the solar model with flat sapphire. A little above your named price point but a great piece.

Thanks for thinking of Vaer! Please feel free to DM me with any questions.

I have a used Vaer field watch and one of the solar field watches. Very happy with them!
