Our '1960 Racing' is a celebration of generations of racing horology, and it was one of last years best models in our collection. We would love to know what you think of this design.
I think that it's very nice. Reminds me of my Dan Henry 1962, but without the annoying as f*ck 24hr indicator and with a slightly better legibility. The hands remains a problem and maybe some more color accent along the edges or tip?

Thanks for feedback Claude! We're glad you like it ๐
Looks good but the hands tend to fade into the dial color at least in this picture
Thanks for the feedback. It's tricky to capture the contrast of the hands and dial in a photo. In reality there's a clear difference between the off white dial and the white hands.
I agree with @Catskinner 's assessment, both the positive and the negative. I think that it is a handsome watch with a slight legibility problem at certain times due to the lack of contrast in the handset.
I think that it also shares a problem that many watches have in that there is too much text. I wouldn't mind the designer having to have his name on the case back. I also level this criticism of the beatified Gerald Genta who festooned his name in cartoonishly large letters on his later creations. You have not created what is derided as a "fashion watch" but the emphasis on an individual is similar to that sort of approach.

Pictures are tricky...if I'm interested in a watch I always look for a video (unboxing etc) I'm always surprised at the difference with different lighting etc
You canโt go wrong with a Panda dial. Classic design and right up my alley.
Agree with @Catskinner about the hands. Not sure if itโs just the photo but they do get a little bit lost in the dial. As they pass the sub dials that obviously wonโt be as much of an issue though.
I like the inclusion of the logo and the About Vintage branding as Iโve noticed not all of your models carry this. Given the choice I would pick that every time.
Great looking watch, would love to see an automatic version some day, maybe a STP like you run in the 1971. Iโd be all over that!

Typical, nothing new to look at here.

Looks very nice. Price is sane at too. Adding the off-white with red strap to by birthday wishlist!
